Make proxy token a variable, add PAT to static security analyzer

  • Make the proxy token a variable named CI_ANALYZER_PROXY_TOKEN
  • Change the repo token to the static security analyzer from Job Token, to Personal Access Token. This variable is named CI_ANALYZER_TOKEN.

These two variables are placed by Yiannis Kouris in the scope of researches_code_repo, where they are visible.
